Even though it can be found in many households, it isn’t recognized for what it is worth. Most of us don’t even consider it when we have an itch or get a burn. Even though that is the most commonly known use. We go to the medicine cabinet looking for ointment.

As you can see my Aloe had been picked at a few times. Using Aloe in skin care is usually as simple as snaping of a small piece and squeezing out some of the juice. Rubbing the meat and or juice on an infected area soothes the skin.
Aloe gel relieves constipation but should be used in small amounts.
Having 1 to 3 ounces of Aloe gel before a meal can help reduce acid reflux. It also helps with the cramping, pain, flatulence, and bloating that irritable bowel syndrome causes.
Used as a mouth wash Aloe gel reduces swelling and soothes swollen gums.
Taking a couple of tablespoons of Aloe juice or pulp a day can help regulate blood sugar.
